The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Savannah, GA is a Catholic minor basilica known for its French Gothic Revival architecture, dedicated October 28, 1900 and elevated to basilica status on January 27, 2020, by Pope Francis. In the late eighteenth century, French and Haitian immigrants founded the Congregation de Saint Jean-Baptiste in Savannah.
