The Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Jacksonville, FL is a Catholic minor basilica known for its Late Gothic Revival architecture, dedicated December 8, 1910 and elevated to basilica status on June 21, 2013, by Pope Francis. The church was placed under the patronage of the Immaculate Conception in anticipation of Pope Pius IX’s declaration of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception in 1854.
