The Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Canton, OH is a Catholic minor basilica known for its Gothic Revival architecture, dedicated December 29, 1872 and elevated to basilica status on June 19, 2012, by Pope Benedict XVI. Skinner organs, relocated from First Methodist Church in Akron and Carnegie Hall in Pittsburgh, were combined to form a seventy-eight-rank instrument.
